Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to paid AI credit purchases on CompareNest. Standard product comparisons without AI are free. Free daily AI credits are not refundable because they are provided at no charge and reset each day.

2. Eligible refunds

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Technical failure that prevented delivery of purchased credits.
• Unauthorized purchases reported promptly with supporting details.

3. Non-refundable cases

• Credits that have already been consumed for AI comparisons.
• Free daily credits, referral rewards, or promotional credits.
• Change of mind after credits were successfully added to your account, except where required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email service@comparenest.app or use our help form within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email, order reference (if available), and a brief description of the issue.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
