2. Service

CompareNest provides product research tools, reviews, comparisons, buying guides, and optional AI-assisted buying advice. Catalog data, prices, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any product is available at a listed price.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

4. AI credits and purchases

Some features use AI credits. Free daily credits reset at midnight in our configured quota timezone and do not roll over. Paid credit purchases, when available, are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Affiliate links

CompareNest may earn commissions when you purchase through outbound retailer links, including as an Amazon Associate. This does not change the price you pay. Our editorial content is independent of affiliate relationships.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service; attempt to access accounts or data you do not own; or use the site for unlawful purposes.
